Warranty & Service Policy
12-Month Limited Warranty
Every Narni timepiece, inspired by the broken arch of the Ponte d’Augusto in Narni, Italy,
is assembled using high-quality components, including the Japanese Miyota (Citizen) 2035
precision quartz movement. We stand behind our craftsmanship and guarantee the quality
of your watch.
Your watch is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
If your watch develops a manufacturing defect during this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What the Warranty Covers
- Movement malfunction or abnormal accuracy
- Misaligned or loose hands
- Loose or defective indices or dial components
- Crown or stem issues
- Water-resistance failure (3 ATM - Splash Resistant)
- Case, gasket, or crystal manufacturing defects
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches to the case/crystal, leather strap aging)
- Battery depletion (standard maintenance)
- Damage from misuse, drops, or heavy impact
- Water damage caused by an open crown or exceeding 3 ATM limits
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications void this warranty

- Receive your Warranty ID and activate extended coverage

Initiating a Claim
Please email support@narniwatches.com with:
- Your name and order number
- A brief description and clear photos/video of the issue
- A photo of your Warranty ID Card or digital receipt
We review all warranty requests within 1–2 business days.
Shipping & Service
- U.S. Customers: Narni covers insured return shipping both ways for confirmed defects.
- International: Customers cover shipping to our service center; Narni covers the return shipping.
- Please ensure the watch is packaged securely; Narni is not responsible for damage during transit.
