Why quartz instead of mechanical?
We chose quartz for Narni’s debut because it delivers daily accuracy, ultra-slim design, and zero maintenance. It lets the watch disappear on your wrist and simply do its job — which is exactly what “Time. Simplified.” means to us.
What movement do you use?
We use a reliable Japanese quartz movement by Miyota (Citizen). It’s known for long battery life, consistent accuracy, and years of trouble-free use.
What is the case made of?
The case is made from solid 316L stainless steel — the same grade used in premium watches and medical instruments. It’s corrosion-resistant, hypoallergenic, and built for daily wear.
Is the crystal scratch-resistant?
We use hardened mineral glass for clarity and durability. It resists everyday wear and can be replaced easily during service if needed.
What’s your warranty and return policy?
Every Narni watch will include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We’ll also offer a straightforward return policy so you can experience the watch in person with confidence.
